A reminder of hope… and a shadow of a fern found in our coastal woodlands.

I couldn’t help but think of my grandmother, Maysie, while creating this botanical. Her love for others flowed freely, and I know that was because of her great faith. I can see her right now looking over the Bay, one arm propped up, on a warm summer wharf. Cat eye sunglasses… relishing the sun and family around her. She held a faith that inspired me.

This botanical was created from a forest fern near our beautiful coast. Made with the same sunshine and salt air that my grandmother flourished in. May we all take time to enjoy the small things, and find joy remembering His great faithfulness.
